We would also like to thank Green River Community College who were most gracious yet again and helpful with the facility. Thank you Patty and Sal for being so great. Also thank you to the Dollar Party Store at Four Corners for your generous help with the balloons the third year in a row and your continued support by adding pink and breast cancer awareness to your store.

Also a very special thank you to West Water Construction that made a $1000 in-kind donation at the event. It was very touching and much appreciated.

Our team walks for all cancers, and each and every one of our walkers has great purpose of why they are walking and for whom. This team is dedicated and motivated to find a cure.

The Valley Girls And Guys is a team organized thru the Susan G. Komen 3-Day Breast Cancer Walk. The 3-Day Walk will take place this year on September 24, 25 and 26th in the Seattle Area. For two years in a row Valley Girls and Guys has been the second team in the state of Washington out of over 800 teams. This year our team is currently in first. Keep in mind each team member must walk 60 miles in three days and raise a minimum of $2,300. We currently have 77 team members and a goal of $250,000. Our team is growing daily and would love to encourage anyone who is interested in joining us on our journey, both in body and spirit, join today. All of us have had a loved one touched by cancer and we believe everyone deserves a lifetime. To learn more or visit our team site, go to www.the3day.org. Thank you again to all of our sponsors, donors, friends and family who all contributed to this event, we greatly appreciate everything. Look for Valley Girls and Guys again this year in the Maple Valley Days Parade on June 12.
