The officer stopped and the female subject advised she had just been in an argument with another female subject over some found junk. The female subject stated she was “dumpster diving” at a residence that was having an estate sale. The female advised she had received permission from the owner of the residence. The female stated she had located some old wooden chairs in the dumpster and the owner advised she could have them. The female subject stated at this time the other female came over to her and ripped the chairs from her. The officer spoke with the owner of the residence and he had mistakenly told both females they could have the items, but since they were now acting uncivilized he wanted them to leave.
