Rocsolana Mamotyuk took first place in two categories. Her artwork, titled “Revitalized Energy,” received both the Best in Show 2D and the King County Executive awards.

Best in Show awards are awarded to artwork receiving the highest accumulation of points from the judges. The King County Executive Awards are selected by representatives from 4Culture, a public corporation managing cultural programs, including the arts, on behalf of King County. Outstanding Achievement Awards recognize excellence in various media categories.

All entries from the art show are currently on display in PSESD’s Blackriver Conference Center in Renton. A reception, gallery walk and awards ceremony will be held March 24 at 2 p.m. The art show can also be viewed in their online gallery.
