Approximately $10,000 worth of tools were inside a truck when it was stolen

THEFT

• On Feb. 19 it was reported that a Ford F250 truck was stolen from the Home Depot parking lot. According to the report, approximately $10,000 worth of tools were inside the truck when it was stolen.

TRESPASS

• A family sleeping a van was trespassing on Feb. 16. The family also had warrants, a female was arrested on a felony warrant.

• A suspect was trespassed from Walmart on Feb. 20. The suspect had assaulted someone and was verbally resistant.

• On Feb. 18 it was reported that suspects were argumentative with the staff at Hacienda Del Mar and trespassed form the restaurant.

FORGERY

• On Feb. 16 it was reported that a counterfeit $20 passed in the drive-thru of the Dairy Queen on Kent Kangley. According to the police report, two unknown males driving an older model truck attempted to pass a counterfeit $20 through the drive through.

PERSON WITH A WEAPON

• On Feb. 16 it was reported that an unknown male suspect displayed what looked like a firearm. According to the police report, during a road rage altercation, an unknown male brandished a hand gun pointing it to the sky as he drove by.

DISPOSAL

• An unidentified customer found two loose bullets on Feb. 16. The customer found the bullets in the Covington Costco parking lot and turned them over to management. The bullets were submitted into evidence for destruction.
