Maple Valley residents anxious for the grand opening of the third season of the Maple Valley Farmers Market can sample three MVFM booths at Maple Valley Days June 10-12.
In addition to the Farmers’ Market information booth, Loretta Rizzo Gommi of Mama Rizzo’s Biscotti and More will offer her Maple Valley-baked biscotti in six different flavors, along with cookies, espresso brownies, caramel chocolate chewies, and cupcake cones.
Nicki Fromel of Chelane’s in Black Diamond will return with her homemade strawberry, raspberry, pear, blueberry, blackberry, mixed berry, and strawberry-raspberry jams, in both regular and sugar-free versions. And, Maple Valley artisan Lara Lutrick will sell her artisan jewelry, including necklaces, bracelets, earrings, beads, key chains, cell charms, rings, and pendants.
This sampling of Farmers’ Market booths is a taste of the upcoming season, which begins Saturday, June 18, at 9:00 a.m., at Rock Creek Elementary on 25700 Maple Valley Black Diamond Road Southeast.
