The Tahoma Junior High and Tahoma Middle School PTA announced the

recipients of the Outstanding Educator Awards.

This award recognizes educators for the dedicated service and contributions they

have made to children’s educational experience. These awards are

based on student, teacher and community recommendations. From a list of

many nominees, the following educators for their dedicated service and extraordinary contributions they have made to our children’s educational experience.

• Chris Koehler, Cedar River Middle School

• Paul Gardner, Tahoma Middle School and

• Jeff Brady, Tahoma Junior High School

The PTA has awarded the Golden Acorn Award to Susan Taylor

for her exemplary volunteer service to children and youth in the school

community. Over the course of many years, and in various roles within

PTA, Susan Taylor has dedicated much of her time and knowledge in

helping the school community.
