The Tahoma High Speech and Debate team competed at the National Qualifying Tournament for the Western Washington district at Federal Way High School over the weekend.

Four Tahoma students qualified for the National Tournament to be held in June in Kansas City, Mo.

The Tahoma students going to Nationals are: Jayaram Ravi in International Extemporaneous Speaking, Sarah Wheeler and Becky Colvin in Policy Debate, and Tyler Lincoln in Humorous Interpretation.
