This is the second year the Tahoma Parent Teacher Association provided food for 10th graders prior to taking the High School Proficiency Exam, a state-mandated test required for students to graduate, and teens took advantage of breakfast.

The idea is to send teens into the exam with a full belly so they can focus thereby making the most of the preparation they’ve been provided by Tahoma teachers to do pass the test which focuses on reading and writing.
