Soup Ladies from Black Diamond provide meals for Maple Valley firefighters after fighting house fire

After fighting a house fire on Jan 2., Maple Valley firefighters returned to their stations to find a warm meal cooked by the Soup Ladies.

After fighting a house fire on Jan 2., Maple Valley firefighters returned to their stations to find a warm meal cooked by the Soup Ladies.

The firefighters that were assigned to stay at the scene, to make sure the fire did not re-start, also enjoyed the meal when some of the firefighters showed up to share.

Soup Ladies provide meals for first-responders during rescue efforts, search and rescue and natural disasters.
