Sound Transit announces changes to ST Express fares starting March 1

Starting March 1 2016, Sound Transit is implementing a discounted fare for adult riders with incomes at or below 200% of federal poverty level. Riders will need an ORCA LIFT card to receive the discounted fare. Click here for information on how to get an ORCA LIFT card.

To offset revenue loss, ST Express buses are increasing fares by 25 cents for other riders. Adult fares will be $2.75 for In-county and $3.75 for Multi-county. Youth fares will be $1.50 for In-county and $2.75 for Multi-county. Senior/disabled fares will be $1.00 for In-county and $1.75 for Multi-county. Click here for more information on the new fares.
