SUSPICIOUS PERSON

• On Oct. 21 it was reported that a panhandler was armed with a weapon. The police report stated that the person’s concealed weapon permit expires in 2019.

CRIMINAL WARRANT

• On Oct. 21 a subject was found sleeping in the bushes near the back door of the Covington City Hall building.

TRESPASS

• On Oct. 23 officers were contacted after a male subject was trespassed from the Covington Safeway. He was also trespassed from the Maple Valley Safeway.

VANDALISM

• On Oct. 18 officers reported that three serial taggers were identified after tagging a state Route 18 retaining wall.

• On Oct. 24 officers were contacted by a home owner who reported graffiti was spray painted on the outside of his fence that borders SE 268th Street.
