• Sons of Italy Friday, Jan. 8

Are you Italian or would you like to be Italian? The Sons of Italy meet here at 6:30 p.m. to celebrate their Italian heritage with a good meal and lots of fun.

• Rubber Ducky’s birthday, 11 a.m. Tuesday Jan. 12

Quack! Come to lunch and quack up with us. Social hour at 11 a.m. lunch served at noon.

• Stained glass class

The first day of the new stained glass class meets at 10 a.m.-noon, Wednesday, Jan. 13.

Call 360-886-1011 to sign up as there are a limited number of spaces. The class is free and will run every Wednesday until Feb. 24. No experience is necessary. This class is for new students who have not participated in previous classes.

• Thomas P Crapper Day

Come and celebrate the invention of the flush toilet.There will be a toilet papering contest. Royalty will be installed on the throne. Social hour is at 11 a.m. and lunch served at noon, Thursday, Jan 14.

• Trip to the Washington State History Museum in Tacoma. Exhibits include “Icons of Washington” and many others in the Great Hall of Washington History. There will be $14 non-refundable deposit, which includes admission and van fee and it is required by 4 p.m. Friday, Jan. 15. Bring a sack lunch. The center van leaves at 9 a.m. Wednesday Jan 20 and returns at 3:30 p.m.

•Foot Care

Appointments are available with Karen Poppleton, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Thursday, Jan 21. The cost is $25.

• Investment Club

The club will meet at 9:30 a.m. Monday Jan. 25 to discuss financial management and development.
