Students from Covington Elementary got to spend a day with the Seattle Thunderbirds after taking third in the Cruzin’ Passport contest. The Thunderbirds spent each recess with different grades.

Also with them were dietitians from MultiCare.

The students got to learn about nutrition while also taught a few hockey moves by the Thunderbird players.

They also received a full class hockey set donated by the Thunderbirds to be used during P.E. classes.
