Registration is open for the 10th annual golf tournament hosted by Relay for Life of Covington, Maple Valley, and Black Diamond.

The tournament will be held May 4 at the Lake Wilderness Golf Course in Maple Valley. Individual and team check in and the putting contest will begin at noon and the shotgun start will be at 1 p.m.

The cost to enter is $75 per person or $300 per team for the four person scramble.

There are 144 spots available that will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
