For the 1,000 Puget Sound Energy customers still without electricity in Maple Valley, power is expected to be restored by tomorrow, Jan. 24.

Approximately 87 percent of PSE’s customers are now back on line. Since the storm began, PSE has now repaired and re-energized 53 transmission lines, 70 substations and 326 distribution circuits that lost power during the series of snow, ice and wind storms.

Customers without power can access estimated restoration times on PSE.com Service Alert page, or by calling PSE at 1-888-225-5773. Given the magnitude of the damage caused by this week’s storms, PSE predicts small pockets of customers in some areas will remain out of power through mid-next week.

Outages may be reported by calling Puget Sound Energy at 1-888-225-5773, logging onto PSE.com, or sending an email to customercare@pse.com with name, address and account number, if accessible.

Customers who have been without electric service for 120 consecutive hours or longer may be eligible to receive a $50 credit on their PSE bills after the outage is reported.
