LARCENY

• Attempted theft was reported at 12:03 p.m. on Oct. 27 to vehicles parked outside Los Cabos, 16751 SE 272nd St.

• Shoplifting was reported at 11:32 p.m. on Oct. 26 from Walmart, 17432 SE 270th Place.

• A shoplifting arrest was reported at 1:22 p.m. on Oct. 26 from Kohl’s, 17002 SE 270th Place.

• A shoplifting arrest was reported at 4:!1 p.m. on Oct. 24 from Fred Meyers, 26520 Maple Valley-Black Diamond Road SE.

• Police reported at 8:35 a.m. on Oct. 24 that a female was booked for possession of stolen property after being stopped for expired tabs on the 2320 block of state Route 169.

• Money was reported missing at 4:11 p.m, on Oct. 23 from a retirement home on the 24200 block of 224th Avenue.

• A commercial burglary was reported at 3 p.m. on Oct. 20 at Pro Tow, 23933 SE 264th St.

VANDALISM

• Vandalism to a vehicle was reported at 3 p.m. on Oct. 21 at Safeway, 26916 Maple Valley Road.

DRIVING

• A DUI arrest was reported at 2:10 a.m. on Oct. 22 after the driver was stopped for speeding and improper lane travel on Southeast 232nd Street and state Route 169.

• A DUI arrest was reported at 6:58 p.m. on Oct. 21 following a hit-and-run collision on Southeast 240th Street and state route 169.

VIOLATIONS

• Police reported a no-contact order violation at 2:56 a.m. on Oct. 26 at a private residence on the 22000 block of Southeast 270th Street.

• Police reported a violation of court orders arrest at 2:08 p.m. on Oct. 23. Police said a man violated a restraining order by attempting to pick his children up from Lake Wilderness Elementary School, 24216 Witte Road SE.

TRESPASSING

• Trespassing was reported at 5:50 a.m. on Oct. 27. Police said a sex offender had set up residency and was sleeping at Fred V. Habenicht Rotary Park, Southeast 221st Street and Witte Road South.All subjects in the police blotter are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law
