UNUSUAL SUBSTANCE: 24400 block of 234th Way Southeast. Red liquid was found on the ground at a private community park in Belmont Woods.

SUSPICIOUS PEOPLE: 26500 block of Timberlane Way. A pair of 14 year old boys were found on school grounds at Cedar Valley Elementary armed with two large knives.

June 13

VANDALISM: 17400 block of Southeast 270th Place. Someone spray painted gang related graffiti on a wooden fence near Walmart.

BURGLARY: 26900 block of 186th Avenue. A group of juveniles used a pumpkin carving saw to pick a lock at Jenkins Creek Elementary. They stole electronics and candy.

June 12

SMASHED: 19300 block of Southeast 270th Place. A pair of suspects used baseball bats to smash the passenger and driver side windows of a car.

IDENTITY THEFT: 17400 block of Southeast 270th Place. A shoplifter arrested at Walmart was in possession of someone else’s driver’s license, Social Security card and credit cards.

SCAMMER: 16600 block of Southeast 268th Street. A buyer sent a seller of an item posted to Craigslist an overpayment for the goods via check and requested the seller return the balance in cash.

NO MOWING FOR YOU: 24200 block of 185th Place Southeast. Someone stole a lawn mower out of an open garage. The suspect’s car was caught by a surveillance camera while a neighbor caught a glimpse of the license plate.

UNUSUAL BATHING HABITS: 16800 block of Southeast 272nd Street. After using the private bathroom at the Covington Valley Medical Center office to shower and take care of other personal grooming habits without permission, the bather was trespassed from the property.

PERSONAL FOUL: 17200 block of Southeast 272nd Street. An argument after a basketball game at LA Fitness turned into a pushing match before one person punched another in the face.

THREATS: 18400 block of Southeast 264th Street. A man called his girlfriend and threatened to blow up her home with a bomb.

SHOP AND DASH: 26900 block of Maple Valley Highway. A shopper turned thief after filling a cart with groceries at Safeway then left the store without paying.

THEFT: 22500 block of Southeast 248th Street. A vendor reported that rings were stole from their booth during Maple Valley Days.

EW: 25800 block of Lake Wilderness Road. Someone spread fecal matter on the door of a vehicle parked in a private driveway.

June 8

GAS THIEF: 23300 block of Maple Valley Highway. Someone cut the chain link fence then entered a business storage lot to siphon gas from cars parked in the lot.

June 6

CHECK ID’S: 26800 block of Maple Valley Highway. An employee at a convenience store in Four Corners was caught selling alcohol to a minor during a liquor compliance check by local law enforcement.

NOT FOR SALE: 22800 block of Southeast 268th Place. Signs were posted in a yard without the owners permission indicating the home was “For Sale.”
