Feb. 15

SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY: 17100 block Southeast 264th Street. A neighbor reported suspicious activity at a house where drug activity believed to be occurring. The neighbor has observed the majority of activity happening at the house during the evening and early morning hours.

Feb. 13

DUI: Southeast Wax Road and Southeast Kent Kangley Road. A driver was pulled over in the McDonald’s parking lot after changing lanes illegally. It was discovered he was driving under the influence and that he was wanted on a domestic violence assault warrant, as well.

THEFT: 26600 block of Timberlane Drive. A man reported that his son’s bicycle was stolen from their front yard.

Feb. 11

SHOPLIFTING: 17200 block of Southeast 272nd Street. A transient walked into the QFC in Covington and stole $77.30 worth of merchandise from the grocery store.

BAGS UNATTENDED: 27100 block of 164th Avenue Southeast. Four duffel bags draped in a blanket were left in the Covington library parking lot overnight.

Feb. 10

TAGGED: 19400 block of Southeast 267th Street. While on patrol a King County Sheriff’s deputy discovered a new gang-related graffiti tag on a six foot wooden fence on the Southeast corner of the intersection. Someone had spray painted the word “deaDBoyz” in red.

Feb. 16

FRAUD: 24000 block of 221 Place Southeast. Bank of America’s fraud department dispatched an e-mail to a Covington resident who is a customer alerting the person that a fraud alert had been placed on the account. This was due to four unauthorized charges being placed on the customer’s debit card.

Feb. 14

CAR PROWL: 24900 block of 235th Way Southeast. Someone broke into a locked vehicle and rifled through the items inside but didn’t take anything. There was no damage done to the car.

PICTURES OF YOU: 23000 block of Southeast 246th Place. After slipping into an unlocked car someone stole some CDs and personal photographs.

Feb. 12

FAKE MONEY: 23900 block of Southeast Kent Kangley Road. A customer placed an order at the drive through at the Dairy Queen then attempted to pay with a counterfeit bill.

THEFT: 23100 block of Southeast 238th Street. Someone stole personal as well as work tools from the back of an unlocked vehicle.

STOLEN CAR: 23300 block of Maple Valley Highway. A patron of Gloria’s restaurant returned to the parking lot to find his vehicle had been stolen.

VANDALISM: 27000 block of Maple Valley Highway. Someone threw a rock into the garage window at the Pink Elephant car wash in Four Corners.

Feb. 9

LOST AND FOUND: 22100 block of Southeast 237th Street. Ammunition was found in the break room of QFC.

LOST AND FOUND, PART 2: 25700 block of Maple Valley Highway. An Airsoft gun was found at Rock Creek Elementary School.
