The Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium in Tacoma is offering a summer volunteer opportunity to students ages 14-18.

Dedicated and enthusiastic students can apply to become Zoo Guides and work at the zoo as informal educators. Training begins in April but applications are due by Jan. 27.
