Pet adoption event tomorrow and Sunday

Homeless cats dogs, supplied through the King County animal shelter and community-based animal rescue groups, will be available for immediate adoption tomorrow and Sunday during the annual “Howl and Prowl” event at Reber Ranch.

Homeless cats dogs, supplied through the King County animal shelter and community-based animal rescue groups, will be available for immediate adoption tomorrow and Sunday during the annual “Howl and Prowl” event at Reber Ranch.

The event is scheduled for 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days. Reber Ranch is at 28606 132nd Ave. SE.

A pet costume contest and hay rides also are planned.

Participating agencies in the event include South County Cats, a Maple Valley-based, non-profit spay-neuter assistance organization.
