The OPH has become a staple for central Pierce County, offering high-quality, made from scratch breakfasts. The menu includes twenty from scratch pancakes, freshly squeezed orange juice, quarter-inch thick bacon, and oven-baked omelets.

Owners Blake Williams and Ryan Medford are thrilled to be expanding to Maple Valley.

“We spent over a year looking for the perfect location for our second store,” Medford said, “Maple Valley was exactly what we were looking for. There is a real sense of community here and that was very important for us. We don’t want to just be another business, we want to become part of a neighborhood. Our restaurants have a real local, family feel to them so we believe Maple Valley is the perfect fit.”

Construction is underway and doors are tentatively set to open in April.
