Firefighters from Maple Valley Fire and Life Safety will be at the Safeway store in Maple Valley Dec. 13 from 7 to 9 p.m. to accept food and money for the Maple Valley Food Bank.

They’ll do the same thing at the same time on Dec. 19, but at a different location – the QFC store in the Wilderness Village center.

In addition to Maple Valley, the food bank serves Covington, Black Diamond, Hobart and Ravensdale.
