Aug. 13

  • Click it or get booked: 24400 block of Morgan Street. An officer observed a vehicle traveling west with the male passenger not wearing a seat belt.  The officer initiated a traffic stop on the vehicle and identified the male passenger by his identification card. A record check showed the male passenger had an outstanding felony warrant issued for his arrest reference a Theft charge from Olympia. An additional misdemeanor warrant was also located reference a domestic violence charge out of Olympia. The male passenger was placed under arrest and booked into jail on the warrants.

 

Aug. 15

  • On loan: 29200 block of 216th Avenue Southeast. Officers were dispatched to a fight in progress at a business. Upon arrival the officer contacted the two male subjects involved and it was determined they were only arguing. The two male subjects advised that they were arguing over a vehicle that had been loaned and not yet returned. Both parties agreed to have the vehicle returned. No further dispute happened.
