LARCENY
• Items were reported stolen at 12:42 p.m. on Dec. 6 from a vehicle parked in a a driveway on the 26100 bock of 185th Court Southeast.
• Shoplifting was reported at 3:59 p.m. on Dec. 5 at Walmart, 17432 SE 270th Place. A shoplifting arrest was reported at 8:58 p.m.
• Police reported two shoplifting arrests and one trespassing arrest at 3:46 p.m. on Dec. 4 at Kohl’s, 17002 SE 270th Place.
• A commercial burglary was reported at 4:18 a.m. on Dec. 4 at Best Buy Mobile, 27237 172nd Ave. SE.• A vehicle window was reported broken and a purse stolen at 2:25 p.m. on Dec. 3 at Lake Wilderness Park, 22500 SE 248th St.
• Mail theft was reported at noon on Dec. 3 from a mailbox on the 21100 block of Southeast 277th Place.
• An auto theft was reported at 8:04 a.m. on Dec. 3 on the 27300 block of 214th Terrace Southeast.
• A “smash and grab” theft of a purse inside a vehicle was reported at 8 a.m. on Dec. 3 on the 27600 block of 241st Avenue Southeast.
• Mail theft of a broken cell phone was reported at 3:28 p.m. on Dec. 1 from a mailbox in front of a residence on the 25800 block of 201st Avenue Southeast.
VANDALISM
• Police received a vandalism report at 6:45 a.m. on Dec. 5 after the front passenger window of a vehicle was broken on the 20000 block of Southeast 268th Court.
• A vandalism arrest was reported at 11:25 p.m. on Dec. 4 on the 28100 block of 226th Place SE after an individual allegedly broke down a door to a family member’s bedroom looking for a USB cable.
• Vandalism to a vehicle parked in a residential driveway was reported at 3:34 p.m. on Dec. 4 on the27600 block of 237th Place Southeast.
• Police reported a vandalism arrest at 6:52 a.m. on Dec. 3. Police said a man, who allegedly has a history of domestic violence, threw a concrete block into a vehicle windshield on the 17400 block of Southeast 261st Street.
COURT ORDER VIOLATION
• Police reported a no-contact order violation against an individual living on the 17500 block of Southeast 261st Street at 10:30 a.m. on Dec. 3.
THREATS
• Police received a report at 1:30 p.m. on Dec. 3 at Kentwood High School, 25800 164 Ave. SE. Police said a male student told a teacher he was “going to kill two girls whom he believed was making up lies about him.” Kent School District Spokesman Kevin Loftis said “at no time we thought that was a credible threat.”
TRESPASSING
• Police reported at 10:28 p.m. on Dec. 3 that an “angry panhandler” with a warrant trespassed at Safeway, 17023 SE 272nd St.
DRIVING
• Police reported at DUI arrest at 2:10 a.m. on Dec. 7 after stopping the driver for improper lane travel on Southeast 231st Street and Highway 18.
• Police reported a DUI arrest at 11:10 p.m. on Dec. 5 after the driver was stopped for speeding on the 16800 block of Kent-Kangley Road SE. A passenger was cited for being a minor in possession/consumption of alcohol.
• Police reported a driving with a suspended license arrest at 8:19 p.m. on Dec. 5 on the 18000 block of Southeast 256th Street.
• Police reported an arrest at 9:25 a.m. on Dec. 4 of a suspended driver with a warrant, expired tabs and no insurance.
FRAUD
• Bank fraud was reported at 4:50 p.m. on Dec. 5 by an individual living on the 26100 block of 185th Place Southeast.
• Check fraud was reported at 7 p.m. on Dec. 4 by an individual living on the 24000 block of 223rd Lane Southeast.
DRUGS
• Police responded to Lake Wilderness Elementary at 11 a.m. on Dec. 5 to pick up a glass pipe found on the school playground.
