An officer saw a driver talking on his cell phone. The 25-year-old male driver had a suspended license and an arrest warrant for a previous charge for driving with a suspended license. He was cited for driving with a suspended license and released to Buckley police for the warrant.

CELL PHONE TAKE: 3rd Avenue. An officer saw a driver talking on his cell phone. The 25-year-old male driver had a suspended license and an arrest warrant for a previous charge for driving with a suspended license. He was cited for driving with a suspended license and released to Buckley police for the warrant.

DUI: 3rd Avenue. A vehicle was spotted driving erratically by an officer at 12:30 p.m. When the officer stopped the driver, the 24-year-old male smelled of alcohol. The driver admitted to drinking alcohol and after performing field sobriety tests he was taken into custody. Upon arrival at the jail, his blood alcohol content reading was .082/.086. He was cited for driving under the influence and booked into Enumclaw jail.

NO INSURANCE: A routine license check at 6 p.m. found the 28-year-old woman driving the vehicle has a suspended license for cancelled insurance. The woman stated she was not aware her license was still suspended. She was cited again for driving with a suspended license and no motor vehicle insurance. The vehicle was released to a licensed driver.
