FALL: 20800 block of 244th Avenue SE; Firefighters and paramedics were dispatched for an aid call after a man had fallen from Highway 18. Firefighters were able to locate the patient after searching the area with lights and a thermal imager. The man had fallen approximately 50 feet and suffered from several broken bones. The man was placed on a stokes basket and rescued using a ladder slide.  The man was then transported by paramedics to a nearby trauma center.
