COVINGTON
April 3
- FUGITIVE: 17200 block of Southeast 272nd Street. Officers arrested a man on investigation of fugitive from justice after it was discovered he had a no bail sexual assault warrant out of McMinnville County, Ore.
April 2
- POSSESSION: 25600 block of 180th Avenue Southeast. A driver was discovered behind the wheel of a car despite the fact he had a suspended license. The man also was in possession of methamphetamine and stolen property.
March 31
- SUSPICIOUS BEHAVIOR: 27000 block of 185th Avenue Southeast. An employee of a dental office went to dump the trash outside the business. While doing so she noticed a man behind the trash bin fondling himself. When the man saw her he quickly moved to the bushes and the employee could not see the man anymore.
- THANK YOU, DON’T COME AGAIN: 17000 block of Southeast 270th Place. A couple put items in a baby stroller then tried to leave a store without paying for them. The couple was trespassed from the business.
March 28
- ASSAULT: 19600 block of Southeast 272nd Street. A middle school student shoved her ex-boyfriend into a glass door which caused the boy to chip his tooth. The girl could be charged with fourth degree assault.
March 27
- DON’T PARK THERE: 17400 block of Southeast 270th Place. After illegally parking in a disabled spot at Walmart, a woman was then arrested on a misdemeanor warrant.
MAPLE VALLEY
April 2
- BURGLARY: 27500 block of 212th Place Southeast. Someone entered the home through an unlocked dining room window then stole a Nintendo Wii and Xbox video game consoles.
April 1
- FIGHT: 23200 block of Southeast 262nd Court. A large group of juveniles, some of whom were armed with weapons such as brass knuckles and baseball bats, gathered in the Katesridge neighborhood in what appeared to be the early stages of a fight. During the incident at least one vehicle was damaged.
March 31
- THEFT: 27000 block of Maple Valley Highway.While shopping at Goodwill, a woman discovered someone had stolen her purse from her shopping cart, but the store surveillance equipment was not working at the time of the theft.
March 26
- BURGLARY, INTERRUPTED: Southeast 264th and Maple Valley Highway. A suspect was possibly caught in the middle of a burglary at a business. The alleged thief was in possession of burglary tools, a stolen bicycle and a meth pipe.
