Black Diamond Police Report Aug. 21-27

• 30800 block of 3rd Avenue. An officer observed a vehicle traveling northbound. The vehicle was weaving onto the shoulder and over into on-coming lanes of traffic. A traffic stop was initiated and the male driver was identified by his driver’s license. While speaking with the driver the officer observed numerous signs of intoxication and he admitted he had been drinking. The male driver agreed to perform a series of field sobriety tests, which he failed. The driver was arrested and transported to Buckley Jail for DUI processing. Upon submission of a breath test the male driver was booked into jail.
