Metropolitan King County Council – 1:30 p.m.

–Councilmembers will recognize retiring King County Auditor Cheryle Broom for her outstanding public service to King County.

 

–Councilmembers will hear public testimony during their monthly public comment period. Speakers will have two minutes to address Councilmembers on matters relating to county government.

 

Councilmembers are scheduled to discuss and possibly act on:

•     An ordinance authorizing an interlocal agreement for the creation of a King county Investigative Response Team in order to provide mutual aid police services (Substitute Ordinance 2013-0169.2)

•     A motion related to the transfer of retired vanpool vans to nonprofit organizations and local governments to meet the needs of low-income, elderly, disabled and young

county citizens (Motion 2013-0246).
