Councilmembers will recognize King County Sheriff Sue Rahr for her service to the residents of King County.
Councilmembers are scheduled to discuss and possibly act on:
- A motion regarding increasing access to the One Regional Card for All (ORCA) regional fare medium for public transportation (Motion 2012-0092).
- A motion approving the purchase contract for the county’s Sewer Revenue and Refunding Bonds, 2012 (Motion 2012-0017).
King County Flood Control District Executive Committee – 3:00 p.m. ***Special meeting location*** Committee will meet in the Southwest Conference Room, 12th Flr., King County Courthouse
Committee members are scheduled to consider and possibly send to the Flood Control District Board:
- A resolution granting authority to the County to obligate the Flood Control District for maintenance and repair responsibilities with the Federal Emergency Management Agency as port of applications for Conditional Letters of Map Revision and Letters of Map Revision.

- An ordinance making willful violation of wage payment requirements a basis for debarment or suspension from consideration for the award of contracts with the county (Substitute Ordinance 2011-0493.2).
