Transportation, Economy and Environment Committee – 9:30 a.m.

·       An ordinance establishing a green community initiative in King County and authorizing the Executive to sign an interagency cooperation agreement to implement the initiative in partnership with the Washington state Housing Finance Commission (Ordinance 2012-0435).

 

 

Budget and Fiscal Management Committee – 1:30 p.m.

Committee members are scheduled to discuss and possibly recommend to the full council:

·       An ordinance relating to the class action settlement agreement negotiated between the County and plaintiffs in Dolan V. King County; approving and adopting the agreement and directing the Executive to implement the terms of the agreement (Ordinance 2013-0025).
