–Councilmembers will hear public testimony during their monthly public comment period. Speakers will have two minutes to address the Council on matters relating to county government.
Councilmembers are scheduled to discuss and possibly act on:
- An ordinance making supplemental appropriations to various general fund and non-general fund agencies and to various capital fund budgets and amending the 2015/2016 Biennial Budget Ordinance (Substitute Ordinance 2016-0011.2).
- An ordinance adding the vice chair of the budget and fiscal management committee and the vice chair of the law and justice committee to the list of persons eligible to be appointed to the leadership group of the e‑911 strategic plan scoping committee (Ordinance 2016-0095).

- A motion approving the first of four semiannual reports on the department’s limited English proficiency outreach efforts prepared by the Department of Elections as required in the 2015/2016 Biennial Budget Ordinance (Motion 2015-0254).
- A motion approving the second of four semiannual reports on the department’s limited English proficiency outreach efforts prepared by the Department of Elections as required in the 2015/2016 Biennial Budget Ordinance (Motion 2016-0020).
