Kentlake, Cedar Heights Skiing and Boarding Group to meet at Cedar Heights Nov. 19

The Cedar Heights and Kentlake Skiing and Boarding Group will meet at 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 19 in the Cedar Heights Library.

The Cedar Heights and Kentlake Skiing and Boarding Group will meet at 7 p.m. Monday, Nov. 19 in the Cedar Heights Library.

The meeting is an informational meeting for parents and students. The activity is sponsored by Mohan Skiing and Boarding, a non-profit corporation.

Mohan offers six weeks of transportation and lessons at Snoqualmie Central Ski Area. A chartered bus picks up students after school at Kentlake and then picks up at Cedar Heights at 3:15 on Friday in January and February.

Mary Kay Bailey, an 8th grade teacher, coordinates the trips for Cedar Heights and Ron Webb coordinates at Kentlake.

Note: This is not a Kent School District activity. The District allows the buses to use the school parking lot for pickup and drop off.
