Aug. 24 DRUNK AND ANGRY: 21900 block of Southeast Wax Road. A juvenile was arrested for malicious mischief and cited for being a minor in possession after he came home drunk. He became angry then punched a hole in the wall, broke a chair and damaged a window screen.

    SIBLING RIVALRY: 21800 block of Southeast 267th Street. During a disturbance between a brother and a sister, the brother picked his sister up and began to carry her out of the house. She used pepper spray on her brother and fled the scene. Law enforcement officers were unable to find her to speak with her after the incident.

    BREAK IN: 22000 block of Southeast 244th Place. Someone kicked in the door to a shop on the northeast side of a home then pried open the bedroom door inside the house. The burglars did not take anything.

    SWEET SMELLING: 17000 block of Southeast 270th Place. A woman was caught shoplifting perfume from the Kohl’s department store.

    THEFT: 27500 block of Covington Way. While shopping, a woman’s purse was stolen from her cart at Costco, but she did not realize it was gone until she was ready to pay for her items. She called her bank and was advised that someone had tried to use her credit card at a Red Box video rental kiosk.
