  • GOOD TO GO PASS: The 31100 block of 3rd Avenue. A man was arrested for refusing to fully submit to a sobriety test. An officer pulled him over after noticing abnormal driving patterns. The man displayed signs of intoxication and agreed to perform a series of field sobriety tests, which he failed. He then refused to submit to a breathalyzer test. A female passenger was passed out in the vehicle due to extreme intoxication and was driven home by the police.

 

Feb. 17

  • IT’S NOT MINE, HONESTLY: The 30400 block of 3rd Avenue. A man and woman were arrested for outstanding misdemeanor warrants when an officer observed their vehicle parked in the parking lot of a closed business in the middle of the night. After identifying them, they were placed in custody. The woman was also found to have several Oxycotin pills without a prescription. They were booked in jail and charges were submitted to the King County prosecutor for review reference on a controlled substance violation.
