The 18th free Washington Small Business Fair is set for Sept. 27. It runs from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The fair, which will be held at Renton Technical College, allows attendees either running a business or wishing to start one to add business skills at numerous seminars. More than 30 federal, state and local government agencies are expected to attend.
