A felon who most recently lived in the town of Concrete in Skagit County was sentenced today in U.S. District Court in Seattle to 10 years in prison and three years of supervised release for illegally possessing guns and body armor, announced U.S. Attorney Jenny A. Durkan.
LARRY L. PRESSLEY, 45, has a lengthy criminal history including convictions for conduct including raping an 11-year-old girl and a drive-by shooting where he fired into a home full of children.
At sentencing U.S. District Judge Robert S. Lasnik said, “We have seen the havoc that is wreaked by people who should not have firearms.”
