On Dec. 29 officers responded to reports that the recipient of a temporary protection order had not been served it yet and returned back to the residence. The petitioner called 911 to have officers come serve the order.

CIVIL PROCESS

• On Dec. 29 officers responded to reports that the recipient of a temporary protection order had not been served it yet and returned back to the residence. The petitioner called 911 to have officers come serve the order.

ASSAULT

• On Dec. 28 officers arrested a male subject and booked him for domestic violence fourth degree assault. According to the police report, there was a pre-arranged family intervention that led to a heated argument. He then reportedly assaulted his mother. Two brothers were also involved in the discussion but not in the assault.

VANDALISM

• On Dec. 27 a subject that had reportedly been drinking drove his vehicle onto a golf course fairway where he got stuck.

• On Dec. 29 officers detained an intoxicated subject. It was then reported that the subject urinated on the floor of the officer’s patrol car.

DRUNKENNESS

• On Dec. 29 a subject was found by a witness laying on the ground, unresponsive.
