ELECTION RESULTS: Black Diamond Proposition No. 1 passing by three votes

Black Diamond Proposition No. 1 bounced back to the yes side by three votes today. King County Elections posted the latest results and the public safety services replacement levy had 660 yes votes and 657 no.

King County Elections posted the latest results and the public safety services replacement levy had 660 yes votes and 657 no.

The measure has flipped back and forth from passing to losing since Election Day.

It was passing Tuesday, failing Wednesday, passing Thursday and failing Friday at the 4:30 posting.

In other election results, Rebecca Olness continued to hold her lead over incumbent Mayor Howard Botts.

Olness has 683 votes, 52 percent and Botts 628 at 48 percent.

In Maple Valley, Bill Allison holds a 327 vote edge over Jim Flynn for City Council position No. 2.

Allison has 2,687 votes and 53 percent and Flynn 2,355 at 47 percent.

Allison has expanded his margin each day beginning at 93 Tuesday.
