Driver who lied about her name to officers arrested on warrants

The following police blotter entries were provided by the King County Sheriff’s Office.

LARCENY

• On Nov. 2 officers arrived at the scene of a shoplifting in progress. It was reported that two female subjects were seen concealing items inside the store and leaving without paying. The police report stated the two were trespassed from the store.

• On Nov. 7 it was reported to officers that the victim’s Seahawk sign and flag were stolen off their front porch.

• On Nov. 7 it was reported that a subject had shoplifted from Walmart by concealing items. The subject was charged by investigation.

• On Nov. 7 officers responded to LA Fitness on reports that items were stolen from an unlocked vehicle.

• On Nov. 9 it was reported to officers that an unknown subject had removed fog lights from the victim’s vehicle. The police report stated the lights were unbolted and then removed.

OBSTRUCTING AN OFFICER

• On Nov. 6 it was reported that a traffic stop resulted in a warrant arrest. The police report stated that the driver also lied about her name to the officers.

ATTEMPTING TO ELUDE

• On Nov. 9 it was reported that officers stopped a vehicle that was traveling 14 miles per hour over the speed limit. The police report stated that during the stop, the driver sped away. Officers also reported that the driver appeared to be intoxicated.

DRUNKENNESS

• On Nov. 8 officers responded to reports that a drunk male was threatening to fight strangers.

DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE

• On Nov. 11 officers pulled a vehicle over from improper lane travel near Applebee’s. The police report stated the driver was arrested for driving under the influence.

DRIVING WITH SUSPENDED LICENSE

• On Nov. 11 officers contacted a driver who was driving recklessly through a parking lot. The police report also stated the vehicle did not have its lights on.
