All subjects in the police blotter are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
VANDALISM
• On July 4 officers responded to the report of possible tire slashing. The victim told officers he believes two of his tires were slashed while it was parked in his driveway.
• On June 29 officers responded to reports that the victim’s windows had been broken in her vehicle. She told officers an unknown subject had broken all four of her windows while her car was parked at the Maple Crossing Apartments.
ASSAULT
• On June 24 officers responded to reports of an altercations between a couple that escalated to a physical fight. The female was arrested and transported to Kent Jail for fourth degree domestic violence assault.
• On June 27 officers responded to reports of a male subject punching and kicking his girlfriend causing injury. The police report stated he was arrested and booked into SCORE for fourth degree assault. The girlfriend was transported to the hospital. The police report stated there were two different assaults, one occurred in Ocean Shores and the other in Covington.
