There will be intermittent traffic at the following locations and times in Covington on Sunday, Aug. 28.

• The intersection of Kent Kangley & 152nd from 7-10 a.m.

• The intersection of 256th & Soos Creek Trail from 8-11 a.m.

• A detour of all westbound traffic on Kent Kangley from 7-8 a.m. ALL traffic will detour up 156th Place Southeast from Kent-Kangley to 256th.

The intermittent traffic is due to athletes crossing the road during the Lake Meridian Triathlon, all athletes will have the right-of-way during these times.
