The community is invited to a ribbon-cutting celebration including tours of the new Covington Clinic South in Covington, which is a part of UW Medicine/Valley Medical Center.

The celebration will be held from 5-7 p.m. on August 15 at the new clinic which is located at 27500 168th Place Southeast, across from Costco.

The celebration will include tours of the clinic, free health screenings, wellness information and hors d’oeuvres. Wine will be provided by Pinnacle Medical Wellness and Covington Cellars.

The clinic is set to open Aug. 26 and services will include primary, urgent and pediatric care. Services at Covington Clinic North—the current site for primary, urgent and pediatric care—will be rheumatology, cardiology, obstetrics and gynecology.
