The Covington City Council passed an ordinance at its July 24 meeting.

The ordinance amends Chapter 3.80 of the Covington Municipal Code relating to exemptions from ad valorem property taxation for multi-family housing in designated residential targeted areas to include owner-occupied multi-family housing.
