The City of Maple Valley invites Pacific Northwest artists (Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana) to submit responses to a Request for Qualifications to design artwork that will be installed in conjunction with the City of Maple Valley’s Witte Road Phase 3 Improvement Project.  The artwork selected for this public art will be owned by the City of Maple Valley.

The project will showcase artwork on up to three lamp posts along the Witte Road corridor between Maple Valley-Black Diamond Road/SR-169 and SE 240th Street.  Public art is an integral part of the exciting renewal efforts of Maple Valley and underscores the critical role that artists and public art play in the revitalization of the City’s main corridor.

The deadline to submit has been extended to April 10 by 5 p.m. (PST)
