SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES

SUSPICIOUS CIRCUMSTANCES

• On Oct. 2 officers were called regarding a person with a gun reportedly shooting recklessly.

CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE

• On Oct. 1 subjects were seen smoking heroin in the Rite Aid parking lot.

• On Oct. 4 while officers were parked in the Maple Valley Community Center they were contacted by a citizen who said they witnessed a male subject smoking some sort of drug while in his car.

• On Oct. 7 suspicious subjects were contacted by officers on SE Wax Road. Officers found the subjects had warrants and the female subject had methamphetamine on her person.

LARCENY

• On Oct. 5 officers responded to a shoplifting at a grocery store. According to the police report, some of the items were returned to the store.

FAMILY DISTURBANCE

• On Oct. 3 officers responded to reports of an ex-boyfriend and girlfriend fighting in a vehicle. The police report stated the two are friends now and the report was for informational purposes only.

• On Oct. 9 officers responded to reports of two people fighting. The police report stated the two said they were only arguing not fighting. The report also stated there were no injuries.

VANDALISM

• On Oct. 4 officers were called to reports of a brother and sister fighting. According to the police report, during the altercation, the brother purposely stepped on his sister’s iPad causing the screen to break.

• On Oct. 6 officers responded to reports that unknown suspects stapled caution tape to the victim’s tires. The stapling caused damage to the tires.

BURGLARY

• On Oct. 5 it was reported that there was a break in at a Kindercare. The police report did not mention if anything was taken.

• On Oct. 5 officers were contacted regarding a residential burglary where the unknown subjects pried open the front door to gain entry. The report stated after they removed items from the home, they left through the front door.

IDENTITY THEFT

• On Oct. 5 officers were contacted regarding reports of an unknown suspect opening credit card accounts under the victim’s name. The report stated the accounts had already been closed by the bank.

CRIMINAL WARRANT

• On Oct. 6 while at a AM/PM officers observed a vehicle parked in a handicap stall without displaying the proper plates or placard. Upon contact, it was determined the driver had a felony warrant.

VEHICLE RECOVERY

• On Oct. 6 it was reported that a truck had been parked outside a business for two days. Once officers were contacted, it was determined that the vehicle had been reported stolen out of Renton.

THREATS

On Oct. 9 officers responded to reports that a suspect was threatening to kill the victim and his dog.
