The Black Diamond City Council will discuss multiple ordinances at its scheduled meeting on Aug. 7.

New business on the council agenda includes resolutions: authorizing a contract with AHBL, Inc. for part-time interim planner, awarding low bid on the Abrams Avenue Safety Improvements Project, authorizing the use of city park funds to cover water costs for the community garden and looking at an ordinance regarding moratoria on ad hoc committees and on “take-offs and landing on Lake Sawyer.”

The meeting is scheduled to begin at 7 p.m.
