Black Diamond Community Center requests donations of school supplies

School supplies will be distributed Monday, Aug. 26, at the Black Diamond Community Center.

The Black Diamond Community Center is collecting school supplies for its Running Start program to help out low income families in the greater Black Diamond area.

Donations of the following items are requested: backpacks, three-ring binders, spiral notebooks, paper packs, folders, calculators, Fiskar scissors, glue sticks, ball point pens, markers, colored pencils, pink erasers, No. 2 pencils, pencil boxes and pouches.

The BDCC is a 501c3 non-profit organization.
