The Black Diamond Community Center is now helping Black Diamond area clients with their Puget Sound Energy bills.

Call the Black Diamond Community Center at 360-886-1011 to schedule an appointment. Up to $300/household is available if you qualify.

To qualify, “Urgent Notice” or “Final Notice” must appear on your bill.

New winter coats, hats, gloves and socks are available for anyone who needs them.

The Black Diamond Community Center also has blankets and other cold weather clothing for you to stay warm for the cold winter months.
