All subjects in the police blotter are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

DISTURBANCE

• On Aug. 29 officers responded to reports that between 10 to 15 people were fighting. One male showed a firearm, according to the police report, and fled the scene. One female reportedly had minor injuries but refused medical treatment.

• On Sept. 1 officers responded to reports of an argument between two people. They were arguing over car keys. According to the police report, the female subject attempted to get into the male’s room via the bedroom window and that is was caused the disturbance.

LARCENY

• On Aug. 29 officers responded to reports that one hydrocodone pill was stolen from an assisted living facility. According to the police report, the pill went missing from a controlled access container.

• On Aug. 31 it was reported that the victim’s purse, wallet and contents were taken from her vehicle that was parked in front of a residence. According to the police report there was no sign of force entry so it is believed the victim left the vehicle unlocked.

• On Sept. 1 officers responded to reports that the victim’s baby bag was taken from inside her vehicle while it was parked in the driveway. According to the police report, it is unknown what was used to hit and shatter the window.

• On Sept. 2 an unknown subject stole an airless paint sprayer from Sherwin-Williams paint store in Maple Valley.

• On Sept. 6 it was reported that the propane storage cage at a Maple Valley Chevron station was broken it. It was reported that a propane tank was taken.
